Does anyone else here that uses Endicia postage have the problem of their servers
suddenly refusing to accept international addresses? I'm trying to ship a pkg to Australia today, and yes, even spelled perfectly and with everything done correctly on my part, it keeps searching Endicia's USA
database. Their online server is the thing that does the address checking, and it's checking ONLY United States addresses, even when you've obviously set the program for "internatioal" postage. I've closed the program several times now and re-tried, to no avail.
Looks like yet another trip to the post office. And to think I just stuck up for Endicia yesterday in my last post.

I've just tried the Endicia program yet again, and it's alternating erroneous messages such as "address not found" and "state not recognized", even though I did everything right.

Holy crow! Endicia tech support already got ahold of me and solved the problem! Speaking of crow, if you'll all excuse me, I've got some crow to eat right now.
