Can anyone provide me with a telephone number to Ebay's Fraud Program. Trying to use their internet links is of no use because the auction ended over 90 days ago.

I bought an item for $352 from a seller in Austria, but I have not received it.
Thanks a million for any help.

I take it that you have been trying to email the seller and what do they say?

How did you pay for your item? If by CC, then talk to your bank as they can help you.

Here is a link to interpol u.k., from here you should also find the police dept. in Austria.

File a complaint with them and maybe you might luck out with your money.
