Your lucky eBay sent you one. Two weeks ago I had 6 auctions ending and as of yet I have not received 4 EOA notices. See AW isn't the only one. Does AW send you a notice when they send them out? Since I do mine myself I don't know how it works. Check and make sure the proper boxes are checked.

I like sending out my own notices as well. The other day I won two auctions for the same seller and got a few WBN's from various sources and all included a seperate s/h fee. ( $4.35 for a $3.50 item that each weigh about 3 ounces ) The notices made no provision for combining shipping on multiple auction wins. I've decided not to bid on auctions from these seller again as he obviously does not have his act together.

I'll tell you what I do. In the check out area on the auction page I write in
I will send you an email after I receive eBays EOA notice please wait for my instructions but if you wish to pay instantly by PayPal, click the logo at the end of the auction page but please remember to add the postage.
I also have this one I put in.
Please check the Payment and Shipping Details to see if you can pay this auction instantly by PayPal but please remember to add the postage. If it requires a zipcode I will send you a WBN.
This works quite well and often have most of my auctions paid by the time I get eBays notice.

I do a very similar thing. I write that I will send all of the payment details very soon after the auction ends. Don't you just love sellers that take 2 or 3 days to "get around" to sending a WBN? Bidders tend to be very impatient animals and ignoring them after the auction seems like pure poison as to making them repeat bidders/buyers.
