Is there a way to block bidders with-ouyt a specific user-name? Like I want to block anyone who has a user rating of 5 or lower OR anyone who has been an eBay user for less than 60 days. Some jerk bid on several of my auctions with BUY IT NOW on to harass me, he/she also did the same thing to other users. They since left me tons of Negative Feedback on thses auctions and cost me the listing fees. I am waiting for eBay to return my email about this matter. From what I gather he has been doing this alot. Ebay suspends him but he just opens up a new account under fake names. After all anyone can open an ebay buying account with out verifying their info which sucks!
