Just under where you put your catagory number there is a section titled Feature You need to check the circle just in front of thethis O $0.25 Adds a picture preview to your item Then after this there is a box that says none selected. In that area you need to select the picture that you want. When you go to your listing your picture will show up. I hope this helps

Libra--It has never worked for me, and someone here explained that you have to list through EBAY ONLY to get that. (I list through AW.) I frequently ask for the Gallery bit, as you explained here, and the picture shows up in the Gallery only, not in the thumbnail. Am I doing something wrong?

Ok here is the area on the auction page that you will put in your picture. I have circled the area. You must put the dot in the circle and you must put the image name in the non selected box. I hope this helps.

It is the second circle.

I hope the image works.

One more thing. If you forget to put the dot in the circle and just list the image there will be no picture. Just the opposite if you put the dot in the circle and not select an image no image will appear.

Libra...you are a kind and wonderful person. Now that I looked at an AW listing form, I can see exactly what you mean. Next Sat., when I list more auctions, I'm going to try it. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness!!!

Hi, Libra! I don't want to play that old "yes, but" game; you've been very kind to take so much trouble for us.

I have repeatedly (about 12 times in my last batch of auctions) (1) put the dot in the circle AND (2) chosen a picture.

The picture has actually shown up IN the Gallery but there was no thumbnail either on the search page or on my individual auction page.

Once I choose a picture for that feature, do you suppose it's not enough for it to show in the little window; should I be clicking on it, too? (But the pictures have been in the gallery - for 25 cents!) Wish I could clear this up. I'll be doing it again this week for my next group of auctions. And I'll try again (sigh). ~Adele

Roadsmith is correct. The thumbnail on the auction page only appears if you list through ebay and use their picture hosting services.

I only list throught AW and I always get the picture, that is if I check the box and put the image in the not selected area. I wish I know what you were doing wrong. I know it must be frustrating to you. Keep trying and maybe go to the message area below where there is a thread about image hosting and someone from AW will help you. I don't know what else I can do except come to your house and help and I know RoadSmith lives to far away. Love to go their but can't afford it. Never been to Calif. Good Luck

I've never listed directly to ebay, and have always gotten the thumbnail as well as the gallery pic through auctionwatch.
