A buyer and I have mutually agreed to cancel the transaction. The auction has ended and I would like to apply for my fees without her getting a NPB letter or a FVF. Is there a way to do this and can I do it immediately? Thanks!!

when you file for your fvfs select the reason being mutually agreed and they will not recieve a mark on their ebay account.

You might caution your buyer that she will receive a letter from eBay, confirming the situation. If I remember correctly, she does nothing if in agreement - responds only if what you have told them is not true.

Hi. I just tried it by going directly to the fvf. Wouldn't allow me - said I had to do the NPB first. Tried NBP and said auction only ended yesterday - had to wait 7 days. Does that seem right to you? So, I will just have to wait. No immediate remedy?
