You may have to check out fedex, or ups for this item.
The cost will be a bit on the high side, but your bidder should be aware of this.
Surface will be the cheapest, but a bit longer for delivery.

This is weird - you have the same problem I did a month ago (I'm thinking it's the same bidder). I even told him I couldn't ship it to Australia and he bid and won anyway. I looked into many frieght companies, UPS and Fed-ex. The cheapest was Airborne express. You have to set up a business account through them to get the cheapest rate and you have to ship it to a business. You will also need the guys phone number that you're shipping it to (these are just things that drove us nuts because we didn't know everything right away) The paperwork was horrible, but eventually it arrived there. After all that (took about 2 weeks of us going back and forth via email to get all the information and calling for rates of other companies, etc.) the feedback he left for me was:
Praise: ok
I just about screamed - it was a nightmare....good luck

Ihula -Don't you just love those one word feedbacks. I would think that after you jumped through all those hoops to get the guitar there it would be something like
Awsome......
