I have only had 3 problems ever buying something on ebay. All 3 have been power sellers. Are they just too busy to have any customer service? I bought a pair of heelys from ebectra the last week in June. Paid for insurance but never received the shoes. I kept getting the "post office is working on it" She kept responding to my emails with excuses and I always give the benefit of the doubt. I did not want to leave negative feedback and not get a refund at all. So I just kept asking for updates. Finally, I got an email on Oct. 10th saying she would just give me a refund. Well, no refund and now no response. I was stupid and did not request her contact info from ebay and now it is too late. If I had it I would be visiting judgejudy.com to get my money or calling her daily. Do I have any options now? I don't see the problem with giving a refund of $40. Especially when you're a power seller.

Email the office of the attorney general's office in the state where this seller does business. Report them to eBay, take copies of your emails to the po and have them investigated for mail fraud,Turn them into the IRS. neg'em big time if its not to late.
