Yes, I noticed the same thing. Last week they were delayed a bit but I had auctions end last night and the PayPal notifications didn't go out until today. I had a lot of bidders emailing me for info to complete transactions. I went to PayPal but there was no info posted anywhere concerning this. I hope they get things straightened out soon. I have also noticed that the ebay site and the PayPal site are very slow and it takes a quite a while to load each page. Someone mentioned downloading an update for Internet Explorer helping them but I did that and both sites are still very slow in loading pages.

eBay doesn't quite understand paypal yet. Nor will they until the stock bottoms out. They've sanitized it to the point where problems are impossible to bring to their attention, and so, of course, there aren't any problems.

I am glad the original poster brought this up. I paid for an auction I won the same day it ended. Several days later, I received the Paypal EOA.

I thought the seller was sending a 2nd payment request. When I e-mailed the seller to let him know I already paid, he misunderstood and thought I was complaining about slow shipping.

I left him positive FB when the item arrived, but he left me NONE. I assumed it was due to what happened with the e-mails.
