I've had a paypal account for a couple years and have used it steadily ever since. Several months ago, paypal forgot my password.
Now it forgets my password every time I use my account. Here's what happens: I change my password, complete the transaction(s), the next day I try to do another transaction, paypal does not remember my pass word.
I have to change my password every time I use my account. I email paypal every time--which, incidentally, is becoming an impossible task in itself--but it falls on deaf ears.
They merely ignore my problem and instruct me on how to change my password, which of course I know how to do only too well.
It used to be rather convenient working with paypal, because you could telephone them and get things straightened out immediately. Now that it's been eBayed, its impersonal, sanitized and impossible.
Anyone else having similar problems? Anyone know a telephone number?
