I just won a sweater for $11.50. Nothing fancy. . .a hand crocheted granny square coat sweater. I just received an email from another Ebay member offering me $40 for the thing! I'm not taking her up on the offer, of course, because if I didn't want it I wouldn't have bid on it. Any other interesting offers received out there? It would be fun to know how many others get these emails.

I'm with you vogeldani.

A man will pay $2.00 for a $1.00 item that he needs. A woman will pay $1.00 for a $2.00 item she has no use for. Its a bargain!!

I sell the sweater to you. You run the risk of sending the sweater and the buyer claiming she never got it or it wasnt what she wanted. Don't run the risk of loosing the sweater and your money.

Of course you'd never actually send the sweater until payment had been received and you had made it perfectly clear that there was no return policy on the item. The buyer or seller could not leave any feedback for this off-site sale.

I might be so inclined to checkout any sweaters you may be selling if I knew where to look. . .gets VERY cold here in Cleveland this time of year. A girl can never have too many sweaters. LOL
