Can someone recommend a good after auction email service? I like AW for writing ads offline, but don't want to use checkout and would like an after auction email service with templates set up for notification regarding winning bidders, item shipped, etc.
Anyone use anything that doesn't cost an additional $30 a month on top of AW fees?
Or does AW have something like this and I just missed it?
The service I am using has great invoicing and emails but they do not have an offline listing capability and I hate waiting for pages to load so am switching to AW and hate to keep the other one just for their post sale management.
I have looked through AW's but the only email templates I see are tied to checkout. Can they be used without using their checkout?

I also don't like the checkout feature, but still use the auto end of auction emails. I simply edited and customized the email to what I wanted it to say, and included in the last line that auto checkout is available as an OPTIONAL feature if they wanted to use it. So far only about 1 in 20 actually use it. The rest use the info I've provided to make their payments and I manage the orders via my offline auction management program. I also only use AuctionWatch for the offline listing.
