I have a buyer on an auction that ended last night. They emailed me re: Shipping, but their email address bounces when I try to return their message. Where do I find the profile on this person?

Thanks alot kiara. Worked great. These people that change their email address & don't bother to change it in eBay Should not be allowed to bid. I phoned her last night & got everything straighted out & she did finally change it in eBay.

I think ebay counts on sellers making sometimes expensive phone calls to keep the bidders email data up to date.
