Got notice from Half this morning that I'd sold a book. Hit Reply as I always do. Message came back "user unknown." Tried it again, same message. Good grief. Is this happening to any other sellers today????

I called Half.com customer service and was told to use another route to confirm that I have the item to mail. Instead of hitting "reply," click on the item number in their message to us and it takes you to the "confirm sale" message with the item info.
I also asked when the feedback problem would be solved, and he said they are "frantically" working on it. Whatever that means!? Nice young man, though - named Sean.

And to think ebay graciously granted us a quiet period and year's end so we would not have to deal with the steady stream of new bells and whistles that are thrown at us weekly.
Ebay needs to fix all of the old bells and whistles before trotting out another set of them.

I can't access the site, and it has been all day. Not even a having problems message, just plain not there. A full day of business lost...
