I was surfing ebay and came across this. Who wants to bet this is a bogus auction with bogus bidders?

Read this. Its down at the bottom where you enter your bid.

"By participating, you are not entering into a contract to purchase this property. You are, however, expressing serious interest in the property and in pursuing contract discussions. Please refer to our Guidelines for non-binding auctions."

Well, the "buyer" tends to buy video games. I think he has $100,000,000 to buy the house. Looks like a great deal to me.

Well, you never know. Real estate is a whole new ball game than a regular auction.

This would not be binding[like anything on ebay really is] because they require signed legal documents.

There was another thread on this same subject.

The house is said to have lyrics written on the interior walls - Eminem apparently composed a few of his most popular songs raps)in the house.

I live about 40 miles form Sterling Heights, Michigan. If my memory serves me correctly, according to local TV news stories, that M&M owned a house in that city.

His ownership was at the time he was becoming a rising star. He sold it after he became a superstar and after the divorce from his wife Kim. I believe that he now lives nearby, in a "gated community"

Maybe gravid would know. He lives in that neck of the woods.

It was on the local news tonight --- Surprise, of course they didn't pay.

Now seller says he will not consider any bids over 2,000,000 as being serious bids.

Nothing but players on this auction so far. One would think that the seller would use some common sense on this type of auction.

I would only run this as a pre approved auction only.
This would help to keep the game players out.

Real estate auctions are not real auctions. You are not really bidding or winning
