I have never needed to contact Ebay support, but have reaqd many terrible postings about them.
Recently I made a major mistake when posting three auctions. I accidently listed them in the Feature Gallery (@ $19.95 a pop) instead of just the gallery. That same day I was rushed to the hospital with a slipped disc in my back, so did not catch the mistake until 5 days later.
I ended the auctions, relisted and contacted Ebay support. The very next day (Saturday) I recieved an email from them letting me know they had credited my acount for all three listings!
Just wanted to take the time to pat them on the back for their speedy action and understanding.
Yes Virginia, not only is there a Santa Claus-but there is such a thing as Ebay support!
Merry Christmas to all.....

I did the same thing once..I think I accidently checked the wrong spot when using "Mister Lister" and all 25 of my auctions launched at that time were featured in the gallery..I did not catch it at all because I never look at the category listings..just through "my eBay" which didn't show the gallery,,i did have higher % sales but NO WAY does a $5 postcard rate a $20 gallery! eBay was very understanding..they DO deserve kudos for this! (they told me that this was a one-time favor and that it had better not happen again) <-- it hasn't!
