I had a deadbeat who bid on my auction with buy-it-now and immediately sent me an email saying he wasn't going to follow through because my $3 shipping was too high. He has 11 bid retractions. I suspect he does this regularly because most sellers won't neg him. How can I find out what else he had deadbeated on and what other bids he has active?
The irony is, he has just posted about 20 auctions and his shipping starts at $6. In my opinion, anyone who feels this free to renege on his bids doesn't the integrity to be a seller.

Click on the Search tab in Ebay then click on the By Bidder tab and you can see everything they have had bids on for the past 30 days by entering the correct information.

You don't have to neg them to get them kicked out. If just 3 people had sent NPB notices he would have been suspended. Maybe yours will be the one that gets it done.
