i had an auction end this morning and the wbn bounced, i sent an email thru ebay it bounced. what do i do now? wait or pull contact info?

What was the error that you got when you sent it? Mail box full ? User unknown? or?

You can get the bidders phone number by going to Request Final Fee and contact bidder.

Don't waste your own money on a phone call. Simply contact ebay and tell them the auction number and email address. They will send and email to the buyer and when it bounces they will NARU them a day or so later. This is probably an old email address that the buyer never updated.

They don't make it easy but if you do it a dozen times it gets easier as dead email addresses are now epidemic on ebay.

If the mailbox is full, then the e-mail address is not "invalid".

Under eBay rules, the buyer and seller have 3 days to contact each other. The buyer may e-mail, hopefully from a different e-mail address.

Think of how many Yahoo email accounts must have a full email message.
