I can't seem to find anyway to unregister with AW. I wanted to change my username but I was told by AW that I would have to re-register under a new name before I could drop the one I have.

The problem with this is I have to use the same email and I can't set up a new account with it! A classic catch 22...

Any help would be appreciated so I can get some of my items up on Ebay using my new account!

I am registered with 2 names in AW. One I am using for Trader Assistant, & the other is for my own items.

Thanks, guys! I was hoping there was some simple link to click to remove myself! Most other online services have something like that but I guess AW is different!

I'm finding that out! I emailed to ask them to "remove" me and I think they may be taking me literally~LOL!

No word yet on my request! I may be destined to wear this name for a while.

I know when I first came here I used a name I did not want I wanted to use my business name so I had to re register all over again now I am about to maybe do it again I have a new DBA name that fits more to what I am selling

Who do I insult? Perhaps that would prompt a response! I have been holding off listing until I get the new account open~it's been several days now!

I would love to just close this one and reopen with all the same info except a new name. Problem is the email is the same and they say "there is an account with that email already"--well duh!!!

Ah, life is grand and perhaps that will be my New Year's gift from AW (ANYONE LISTENING)!?

Why don't they have a simple button or link to handle situations such as this?

Wait till you try to open a new AW account. That is not easy at all, especially if you only want the account to post on the AW Community. Go ahead and try it.
