I've not seen this mentioned on AW....

I have always tried to get the best price on shipping for my buyers by checking UPS and PO prices for the best deal even though UPS is a PITA for me to get to. If the savings to the customer was a buck or more I would make the trip.

Recently a Staples opened about 6 blocks away and advertised UPS shipping at their Copy Center. I discovered that they ship at the same price as the UPS Customer Counter AND
credit you 25% of the cost thru a Rewards program. For December only, the credit was 50%. The Reward is issued quarterly as a check redeemable only at their stores or website - but what eBayer can't use stuff from Staples?

In a week or so I'll be going to get my new Printer. UPS didn't even send me a Christmas card.

bob - They didn't Glad you've found a way to not only save your buyers on their shipping costs, but a way to make it worth your while too. That's great.
