Puhlease...don't tell me to post this in the PayPal forum! That site is essentially DOA these days. This is where the action is now, and I truly do rely on the great suggestions listed in this forum.
Question for those of you who are are PayPal veterans:
Can you accept debit card payments from PayPal if you are not a Premier or Business member?
I know you can't accept credit cards with a personal account, but can't seem to find the information about accepting debit card payments (to personal accounts). The PayPal site is not exactly user friendly when it comes to gleaning info like this.
Are debit card payments accepted like cash transfers if you have a personal account, or are they treated as credit card transactions?

Online all cards both credit & debit are treated like a credit card.(no way to enter PIN)
So the answer would have to be NO!
If they are using a PayPal debit card the money would just come out of their acct. as an instant transfer.
So the answer would be YES!
