Aloha,
Pete-(happyjewls)Died..We were partners in selling on ebay. Some items were his or selling for someone else and the larger items I did. We split 50/50. So there were more than one account. I checked his computer and I contacted winning bidders to see if transaction was complete. Deleted new listings. 5 had paid, using-PayPal and checks. 4 had not received items. I did this for Pete, so there would be no negative feedbacks, I know he wouldn't want to be remembered that way. I contacted each person and explained about Pete, I had a terrible time finding everything sold, but did. One item was a Vogue Doll over 300.00 was paid money order. I sent items using my own money to each person. The doll payment had to be sent back due to the name needed to be changed. Everyone was very greatful and I not only returned the 300.00+ to Clarisse, I put my faith in God and sent the Doll, she was so greatful and said payment was on it's way. That was over a month ago. The doll was being sold for a friend of ours. I feel terrible. She wrote to me many times during the time the doll was being sent. Now nothing. What can I do? She seller/buyer on ebay listing #1382326300.

well.....my condolensces on happjewls.....you seem to be bearing up allright though and it's commendable how you've cleaned up the outstanding business. I've checked out the buyer's feedback here and I imagine that payment will be forthcoming....probably just some miscommunication due to stress....in any case...let this be a lesson for all of us going into the New Year.....health(and family) is everything!!!!....this problem is nothing compared to the situation happyjewls is in....

You have my sympathy and I don't know if I was in that situation what I would do. I am a lone seller, hubby doesn't even know how to turn on the computer.(thank goodness). Sounds like your doing okay except for the doll. There are people that really don't care but I hope this is not the case. Will she beable to sleep knowing that she had that bill. I hope not for your sake but it it happens leave her a negative and move on. It will probably cost you but in the long run you will know that you have done everything possible. Good Luck

I am sorry to hear that this happened to you. You can try contacting the buyer one last time but you may never see payment.

If she doesn't pay, you could also post a follow-up to the positive feedback that you left her and state that you put trust in her and sent the doll before payment and that she never did pay. This will look bad for when she sells as it shows she may be untrustworthy.

Perhaps her conscience will bother her or karma will catch up with her.

I put my faith in God and sent the Doll

Gee, aren't there cheaper ways to test your faith?
