FROM: Stephanie Inge
LOCATION: CHILI'S
7567 Greenville Ave.
Dallas, TX
DATE: Thursday, January 16
TIME: 7:00pm

I am VERY proud to announce the First meeting for the Dallas e-Babes/e-Males. Our meetings will be fun, informal and hopefully informative! This will be a wonderful opportunity to network and learn new ways to improve our eBay businesses. Each month, we'll pick a couple of HOT eBay issues, or topics to discuss.

Our group is open to Powersellers, Newbies, and anyone else interested in eBay. Feel free to invite your friends, or post on your favorite newgroup, or bulletin board. I will post this announcement on the e-Powersellers website.

A special thank you to Lou Fausak and the enitre Ft.Worth/Mid-Cities eBay Users Group!

I hope to see all of you there!

Happy New Year --

This meeting has nothing to do with Chili's at all. I just picked a conveniently located restaurant that wasn't too expensive for our first meeting. I hope that I haven't broken any of the guidelines, or offended anyone. If so, I truly apologize.

Take care and Happy New Year from Dallas!

I think that is a great idea stephinge, if I lived closer to Dallas I would love to come. What a fun way to find some friends near you that are interested in ebay. It should be interesting for buyers and sellers.
Keep us posted as to how it goes...we may want to start some local get-togethers in our local areas.

And don't worry about some of the party poopers here... after reading a few posts tonight, I think there are some people in a bad mood today

Good Luck!

ebaying can get lonely since most of us do it as full time job (and only 3 people work for me - me , myself , and I ! )

I was just discussing this with one of my buyers I was lucky to meet. It doesn't have to be for dinner, but maybe a saturday afternoon at a local pub where there is plenty of Soda and other drinks. I know there are posters in this board that live in my area and if anyone ever hears of a get together please announce it as I would like to come. Speaking for myself I would like to see faces behind the AW user ID's because of the uniqueness of them. I really don't care about the eBay user name as they really mean nothing to me except in when I am buying.

Great idea Libra..
Why don't all the AW users on the West Coast get together some weekend? We could meet at AW headquarters in the Bay area. Maybe even talk Diana into picking up the tab for all the food and liquor

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
