This woman just emailed me and said.....
I have already PAID for this auction!!! And you HAVE already sent me information that the auction was paid for!!
YOU better get your ducks in order before someone gets really upset!!! I do NOT like to receive e-mails telling me to pay for something when it was PAID for within minutes of the BIN purchase!!!
Yikes!!! There was plenty of emphasis with certain words in red and lots of underlines.
She won and paid for her auction on 12/29 and the apparently paypal didn't invoice her until today - 4 days after the fact. I don't blame her for being annoyed, confused, upset...but she didn't need to B____ me out.
Anyway, is this the norm? Are BIN auctions routinely invoiced days after the fact? I have turned off automatic invoicing until this is resolved.
