Any suggestions appreciated. I won an auction just before Christmas from a fairly local seller (25 miles away). We discussed possible pick up then she offered to deliver since she was coming this way in a couple of days. That didn't work out for her, so I said I'll go ahead and pay the shipping and item price with Paypal which I did 11 days ago. Still no item at my door and no response to 4 emails in the past 3 days inquiring if it has been sent, is there a tracking #, etc. Yesterday I got the phone contact # from Ebay and there's no answer or message machine. This is a Powerseller with a lot of feedback including 4 negs and 5 neutrals. What are my options?

There may a good reason for the delay, maybe an emergency in the family. I would keep calling on a daily basis. Doesn't cost if there is no answer.

Check to see if they have auctions running. Check to see if they are bidding. Then if there is a current auction use the function on one of the current auctions and ask the seller a question to find out what the status of your item is. If it was pricy you could look up the name and address and since it is only 25 miles away take a ride and go find out. Wouldn't hurt.....

There are several other current auctions running. I believe this may be a group effort under one powerseller ID. I just took your suggestion of going in to the ask seller a question feature for another of their auctions to ask for assistance in reaching this seller. Hope I can get someone cooperative. Thanks.

My guess is that the seller is legit and busy. She's avoiding you because she's afraid of a confrontation.

My advice is to continue to attempt contact. Stay professional and business-like. Do not express frustration (that can come across as a threat) or your feeling of having been wronged. Be persistent and polite, and you will complete this transaction.
