as the subject says.. I'm no longer recieving half.com's confirmation email when someone buys a book from me online. in fact, I never got a confirmation before even when I started selling on half.com
I figured it has something to do with how I set my ebay notification preferences so I went to half.com -> Personal Information -> Notificaiton Preferences but I still cant find anything thats related to email confirmation. I even selected everything but no go.
at first I thought half.com doesn't do any confirmation and I just have to check the website now and then to see if my books sells, but then I realize thats pretty unconventional and unpractical, especially for high volume sellers.
these days I still dont get the confirmation emails even though i've sold plenty of books, and it is only because I check the site every 2 days or so. But I want to get the orders asap so I can ship them asap.
anyhow, anyone have any ideas whats wrong here?

I suspect the problem isn't on the Half.com end but maybe your email account. All sellers get an email, or they are suppose to get one, when a buyer selects their item. There does not appear to be an option not to recieve the email.
Confirm the order - you will get an email from Half.com for every sale you make. When you receive this email, you have 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to confirm that you have the item, and that you'll be shipping it within 24 hours! You can confirm the order by replying to our email (making sure that the order # in the subject remains intact), or via our Web site on the "My Account" page. Failure to confirm the order will result in the order being canceled. Most importantly, you won't be paid for your sale if you fail to confirm.

hmm. didn't think about that. maybe I somehow blocked their emails. I doubt it but went check anyway... and nope... not blocking any half.com IPs...
if I'm blocking half.com emails, then I shouldn't recieve the confirmation emails when I purchase a book or item...
blah. no idea why I'm not recieving any confirmation, I remember checking their help section but its kinda... eh.
