As a seller all day long, I get asked questions from bidder. Sometimes the answers right in the auction themselves but I don't mind answering them.
As a buyer I ask questions before I buy/bid. The purse of my dreams popped up and I did a BIN. No mention of insurance so I asked and they said ok. So what will be the cost? This item is $$$$ and I want to be sure it has insurance and tracking. Well the seller doesn't know how to figure it out so they said pay an extra $12. I told them how to go look it up online and they said they do not have time to look it up! eeeeeeshhhhhhh.
