I can't figure this out. I always print out the auction description with only one foto I have listed in the description. Now the stupid computer will only print the first page, no description and the bottom of the page. I have done NOTHING to reconfigure this computer.
I usually click on file / print preview and select the views/pages I want to print. Usually it's 1, 2 and either 3 or 4. Now I have only 1 and 3
I can't figure this out! Something in my HTML coding for the auction is not allowing it to print? (I havent changed a thing)
I have Pentium 2 Win 95 128 megs ram
thanks so much

Have you tried printing anyone else's auction page?
What kind of printer do you have? Are the "plugs" at the printer end and at the computer end firmly plugged in?
Edited to add: Have you tried a hard boot of your computer and then tried again?

Yes, the first time this happened what last week. I just had an auction end this morning. Tried to print out the auction and it happened again. What get's me is that when I do a Print Preview it doesn't show all of the pages. It skips over all but the first and last pages of everything that shows up on the screen (ebay's auction web page for that specific auction.
Thanks so much for trying to help me with this
edited to add, the printer is an HP Deskjet 32C. It has NEVER done this before. I have been using it for over a year with no problems.

When you get your drop down box for your Printer in the print range there is a place to check ALL. Besure that is checked.

I tried that too. It only prints what is in the print preview window. Which isnt all the pages. I think it is some kind of setting. But which one? It doesnt happen to all of the auctions I try to print. Can I list the auction number here? Maybe someone else can try it. Or would that not be a good idea?

don't use the print preview...just click the printer icon on your toolbar at top of the page then make sure the All box is checked.

Thanks for trying but I just came back after having tried it. I had to reset, reboot the computer. It started printing anything related to my auction page including a sign in for andale counters which I wasnt on at all! Any time I tried to do anything, it tried to print it out! I had to unplug the printer after the printer jam, set everthing back to default. I still have the same problem

Call your ISP tech support and see if they know the answer. I don't know if this is what tech support is for but they just might bend the rules to help you.

Try looking in the setting to see if there is an option to just print odd or even pages. It sounds like it is set to odd only.

I just tried to print a few other of my auctions and they were fine. It is only happening on a few of them. So Far only 3 out of 50. Very strange. So it isnt in the print settings. got to be something to do with the auction page itself. Very weird. I have been working on this all day! Thanks everyone for trying to help. I really appreciate it!

I have found that every so often the printer will act up and it can not be corrected. We always have to reload either the printer driver or Windows. Some files must get corrupted.
