Hi. I haven't received payment from my high bidder...it's been 4 weeks, and, after initial interest, he is not answering my email. I have given up, but how do I get my final value fee back? I don't see an answer to this on the eBay site. I want to relist. Thanks!

go into your auction and look near the bottom of the page for the quick link. you want to file an NPB (non paying bidder notice) and then you will file an fvf (final value fee) and ebay will refund your fee that way.

the deadbeat will be booted from ebay if they get a number of NPB's filed against them.

You can also do this from Auction Watch sales manager.

On the main AW screen for that auction, look near item 3 (payment). It should say NPBA: send. Click on "send" and it will send it for you. It will then tell you when you can submit for your fees.

Easy peasy.
