Just ran across a seller with 3,700 feedback with 139 neutrals and 130 negatives who basically sells dirt.

how about scoopable kitty litter any value in that- if a guy is selling dirt....? I just cleaned the kitty litter box and I would hate to think I was getting rid of something good.

(just kidding!)

nharmon- You may be kidding, but I've seen actual auctions on eBay for used kittie litter.

I've seen auctions for lint from a Mortuary air vent.

Want to see some weird stuff?

Check out

every few days. They have some really great ACTUAL auctions.

I think the correct name would be potting soil or compost. Garden stores have been cleaning up on this product for years!

Could the same one who used to hang out at the eBay Cafe about four years ago. She sold FLorida dirt (I think she lived in FL). Seems her id contained "honey." If it is her, I remember when she had a two digit feedback.

I have seen similar ids in auction related sites. I often wondered if it was her.

I doubt she would have such high number neutral and negs, though. She had such a great attitude.

::Riot Rubble? whoooooaaaa ::

Boy did I miss the boat on the one! And earthquake rubble dust - my whole neighborhood was full of fallen and falling buildings.....

:::,,,,Air!!!!! Canned AIR!!!!! ::

Don't laugh - while helping a moving friend go thru what in her place was ebay sellable as opposed to swap meet material I came across a lovely 8 oz can, complete with pull top of genuine Jeruselum Air I still get the giggles!

But you are forgeting about really good ones - Border air - Half American, Half Mexican - complete with customs declaration

Visit San Diego in two Weeks and you can collect Genuine Super Bowl Rubbish off the streets of the Gaslamp.... Taxi Driver Attitude in a jar.... the possibilities are ENDLESS

I remember last year Ebay thankfully pulled an auction of dirt from the site where Danielle VanDams body was found. Not sure what was worse, that someone collected it for sale, or that there were bids when it was pulled

I know a person who sells "Grey Moss" and Live oak moss. Basically they live in an area where there are those moss balls that form on trees. They go in the back yard and pick some off, sell it on ebay for like 4 or 5 bux for two moss balls.

I think I should do some looking around in my backyard!

How do you like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=305&item=935517943

"The dirt was still fresh back then" Did they make new dirt for it? I didn't know that dirt went bad. Maybe it needs to be kept frozen.

That elvis dirt would sell better if it were in a cuter jar- these things make a big difference!
