I get the 404 error when trying to report an invalid email address. Browser is Netscape for the Mac.

I get all the right screens when reporting the invalid email address. Browser is Explorer for the Mac.

Apparently another instance where Netscape is no longer supported.

Just FYI...I know others have had this problem.

Fluffy - I don't know about this instance but I do know that Netscape is about as Mac unfriendly as it gets. I resisted moving to IE bcause I can't stand Microsoft but I consisitantly had problem with pages not showing and failed log-ins thru Netscape. Once I moved to IE I have never had those problems again. There may be no logic to the situation but that's been my history.

In other wierdness I've found that I can't log in to hotmail on IE but have no problems in NEtscape (good thing I don't use hotmail).

Its not just you. It has been happening for the past week.

Try the email address "[email protected]" for eBay Customer Support
