Just click on search on opening page. Then click on advanced search tab. They changed it but it's still there.

I just read this thread so I went to my bookmarks to update them, but before I deleted "completed auctions" I decided to give it a try and it was still there and unchanged. It has said for the last few months that completed item tab will be going away, but I guess it is still there, you just can't get there through the search tab.
