I am having trouble finding out how to set this up. Any help would be appreciated. every time I click Post sale and then Awaiting Feedback it come up with "There are no listings for this category. Please select another." Can anyone tell me how to make the listings avalible for feedback reminders? Thanks, Todd.

First of all:
Do you have any auctions in your closed auctions?
Awaiting feed back is not feedback you need to leave.
But rather for feedback you have not received yet.
It asks buyer/seller to take time to leave you feed back.

To set defaults visit:
My Accts./ Post Sales Mgmt. Options. at this page you can edit a steps of PSM.
