Ok, here is the situation, i changed my user name on ebay. At some point in time i had signed up with AW using this name,but never used the account. Meanwhile I got an AW account with the previous ebay name. Now that i have changed my ebay name, i try to edit my auction user id in AW, and I get the message:
We were unable to process your request because of the following problem:
The user ID you have provided is already stored in another AuctionWatch.com account. Please insert other user ID and try again.
The other account they are speaking of was mine and i had them cancel it, however they obviously didn't delete the name. I have contacted them, but i never seem to get a response. It is causing me a real mess as far as auctions go. Please help. THANKS.

This isn't the thread to ask AW questions because it is very seldom tha anyone from AW comes in here to read. Go to the following thread and ask you question as it will probably be answered faster.
