I upgraded to the new version of Endicia a few days ago and had to print a Global Priority Mail piece and could not find an option for this anywhere.

Enter you shipping address as normal. Click on print. From the print box, click on international mail & choose global priority.

I was attempting to ship a Global Priority envelope to Belgium and it says that Belgium is not a recognized state. Prior to this new release, I had no problem at all with this.

Try double clicking on the address and put the country to the next line. I have to do that for Japan sometimes.

The country name must be alone on the last line in order for DAZzle to recogize it as a foreign address. We keep all of the USPS Country names in a file called COUNTRY.DAT. You can look at this file to see how the countries are listed, but PLEASE don't change the file in any way.
Once DAZzle recognizes a foreign country, it will then show you the rates for various delivery options -- including Global Priority.
