I can tell you exactly what it is doing there:

If you look at the lot, it is a "Sigmon Museum, No Reserve Auction", and all the items start at $1.00, and have an estimate of $1.00 - $2.00, since Kruse Auctions didn't want to take the time to estimate the auctions (or the owner of the items didn't want to pay Kruse to estimate them all).
