Recieved last night from winning bidder...

Sorry. I do not accept wire transfers. I accept payment via money order (international payable in US funds only please) or PayPal only as stated in the auction.
Received tonight from bidder:
Thats fine its just that you have to have your bank account numbers on the international money orders in Australia.
I emailed them and informed them that I have been involved in mail order for over 10 years and never once had to furninsh bank info for a money order, that I am not an idiot, 17 or blond and to please send pay in a legit and approved way immediately.
I'm taking bets right now on whether or not I'll ever see this payment...

I don't know what the Australian money order requirements are, but perhaps you should suggest that the buyer use BidPay. It's a better option than him sending payment in Australian currency that you may not be able to exchange, or trying to figure out just what his definition of "money order" is.

I don't think I am ever going to see payment. We are talking about a $2.00 item with $6.00 shipping that he has used to attempt two different ways of getting my account numbers on.

Fetish - I either state international shipping or state that they should email for international shipping on larger items. BTW - the actual shipping cost is $5.00.

I agree, call this a loser & move on. Not worth the hassle over $2.00. So, you lose a quarter. This down under dude must think that Americans will fall for anything. Why would an Aussie bank need anything pertaining to a US Bank? The MO is going to a person, not the bank. Sounds like a real scam artist.

All my customers always send me cash from Australia, or Bidpay, but maybe you can ask her to send you cash if she is having a problem getting a money order.

Funny thing is I am now more annoyed by Fetish's remarks and accusations regarding an item he knows NOTHING about than I am about the amature scam artist.
Fetish, you should know better than to toss out accusations on something you know nothing about. Next time before you tell someone they deserve to be screwed try making sure you know it's true first.
