DOES ANYONE KNOW? Can I refund a partial payment with the refund button or will that refund the entire payment? Thanks for your help, cramer

I'm not sure about the refund button, but I have used the "send money" option to send refunds and partial refunds for several years. I do the accounting in the "message" section to show how the refund was applied.

I'm trying to figure out if I can use the refund button to refund because the buyer changed her mind after paying. I have already run endicia and will refund only the purchase price. I wanted to reverse the charges that accompanied the Paypal payment.

Yes you can, as long as you are in the 30 day time frame.

Using the "Refund" button will only refund the entire amount, not a partial.
