I just filed for a record 7 NPB credits with ebay -- and immediately received an email from one of the maligned bidders. Seems she had finally paid, after 40 days, at the exact moment I filed my NPB notice.

How can I contact ebay to let them know that the FVF should NOT be credited to my account, and that the bidder should NOT have this nonpayment held against her? Just to clarify, I had previously sent the reminder notice and the "you're about to have a NPB filed against you" notice. So what I'm talking about here is the final notice whereby ebay credits your account and the whole matter is over and done with.

About 6 paragraphs down:

"How do I retract my Non-Paying Bidder Warning or credit request?
If you have filed the Final Value Fee credit (Non-Paying Bidder Warning), you may use the Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal Form to remove the warning left for the bidder."
