I sold someone a 17 inch monitor. He just emailed me to say his order is incomplete. When he hooked up the monitor to his computer, there were icons on the left side but no icons on the right. He wants me to provide a monitor with all the icons or he is filing a complaint.

Okay, this didn't really happen. But I did once sell someone a computer and then he called to say his "brother the expert" told him it was defective. How did his brother know? Well, for one thing, the background color was different from what was on his brother's screen. And some of the icons were different and some were in a different position.

either you can hold his hands and walk him thru or have him return the monitor.
