I'have a number of games listed right now. All started at $1 becaue history tells me it's not really a risk - they close in the 30-40 range. All are listed as NEW and SEALED in the tile. All have BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED in the description.

:::Tonight I get this email....
why are you selling this game so cheap? If the game is defective, can I return it and get a full refund? Is there ANYTHING wrong with the game? On the cd, does it have the "XBOX" label and the picture of the man on it? Is it a pirated game?
Please answer all my questions!:::

Could someone please tell me how I am supposed to know what is printed on the cd inside a factory sealed product or if the product inside has any defects?

My advice for you is:
Put him on your BBL if you think he's a pain now just wait till later!

Tell him you hit the wrong key when you listed the auction. It should be $100.00 instead of $1.00. If he sends you a c-note, he can examine the item in person and answer his own questions.

Oh yeah - my response.....

>why are you selling this game so cheap?

I started it at $1 - I'm not selling it for that - history says it'll close in the 30-40 range.

::If the game is defective, can I return it and get a full refund?::

Not to me - For all I know you copied it and are now returning and dramaticly less valuable unsealed item.

:: Is there ANYTHING wrong with the game? On the cd, does it have the "XBOX" label and the picture of the man on it? Is it a pirated game?::

Guess you missed the word SEALED in the title. and "BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED" in the description. I have no idea what is on the disk inside but considering that this is a factory sealed game I would assume so.

Yes, it's true, I realized long ago I have no future in customer service. I can't resist letting stupid people fully realize the extent of their stupidity.

Anyone that stupid will not understand any response you send. Save your energy and put them on your BBL. ( It wouldn't hurt to refer them to your competitors" auctions before you shut the door).

I would definitely block this "I've got your sign" person....if he asks these questions now it can only be worse later.

Reminds me of a woman I encountered last week...I was first in a long line in a casino restroom...she walks up and says "are they all full?"..."no", I said, "we are just hanging around waiting for the automatic door openers to work"

And they say there are no dumb questions??? Ah well, the question isn't just the person asking it. By all means do BBL & forget this one.

Trai - because it's one of the most popular games on the market right now, and I started it at $1 they think its a fake and want me to confirm markings form the disk. Aparently they don't know that disk print can be duplicated too. Fact is, it's sealed and they are locked out because I have deemed themt too dumb to play the game
