what a great idea!

I looked at that, I saw name that had zero feedback (no pos, negs, or neutrals.) I also saw one name that had 103 positives and 3 neutrals. I saw one that was an invalid eBay ID and it was posted less than 2 weeks ago. There must not be a lot of background checking before a report is allowed to be submitted.

Yeah, great idea, if your Joseph McCarthy.

uaru - that was my opinion too. What an amazing avenue for abuse. Building a site like that is just begging to become an outlet for crazy people to get back at good sellers for percieved slights.

Well, first I was glad I wasn't on it anywhere. But how can you prevent your comptetitors from posting your name and putting a bogus story in. And, I don't offend easily but those stories are filled with dirty language.
I hope it does get closed down.

You can post anyones name as an "ebayer that sucks" for free. And if you want to be listed as "Featured Auctions(Good Ebayers)" it's only $5.00 a month.

I wonder if the owner's name is Vito.

I don't like lawyers, but the first lawyer that makes this owner rethink his business model will have a nod of approval from me.

Under the DMCA you can't go after the site owner, just the person who posted the material.

AOL saw to it that Congress made the law so the ISP can not be liable for what their members post.
