I want to thank everyone for helping me with selecting online postage and insurance...Now I need more help!
Yes, we finally listed some stuff, and one of the auctions was cancelled by eBay for "A Paypal logo which is larger than the allowed size of 88 by 33 pixels." (A direct quote from the ended letter from eBay)
I have NO idea why the logo I used is unacceptable...it happens to be an older one which I kept in my eBay template, and just cut and pasted into my description.
When I looked at the current PayPal logos, they are even larger, featuring all sorts of logos for Visa/Master/AmEx/etc...
Please look at one of my other auctions, and let me know what is wrong, and how I can fix it on the auctions already running.

Many thanks!!
---SkorpioGal, who's quite upset and has NEVER had an auction cancelled...and wonders why eBay didn't cancel them ALL, since they ALL use the same logo....

Tom, many thanks...
That'll teach me...however, oddly enough, when I looked at the PayPal site, they offer several logos even LARGER, with all the credit card logos, etc...UGH!!
Now, what do I do? How do I correct the other 'offending' auctions, removing the wrong logos?
Geez...I can't believe someone would turn me in for that...it seems so petty and pathetic. I accept that I did something wrong (not deliberately!), but that just seems like a lousy thing to do...

Sadly, there are a large number of pretzel-chokers out there who get their jollies by screwing-up others' auctions!
Usually one of your competitors BION!
Try feeBay's help system & request a refund -- make sure to provide a good plea! I've been refunded by them a few times when either I or my auction mgmt service has screwed up (wheter AW or CA or SD!)!
The worse they can do is say nay!
OR YEA!

SkorpioGal: Actually you didn't need to end the auctions. I had a similar situation occur on one my auctions. Fearing my other auctions would get ended, I sent Ebay an email and told them I had other auctions with bids that had the same problem that I couldn't fix. They said they wouldn't end them but I needed to clean up the other auctions and make sure the relists were within guidelines.

Thank your cut throat competitors for the problem. eBay sure isn't going through 10 million auctions looking for Paypal icons that are too big, especially since they now own Paypal.
