Maybe some of you can guide me in how you would handle this situation.
This is the second auction that has ended and each buyer is an International Buyer.........that tells me they didn't read my auction details well, so they didn't see that I don't accept Paypal.............But I do accept other on line payment services, or cash. but they say..........paying this way is too costly for them.
They want me to release them from the auction. Now doing that is not a big deal because I will file for my FVF back, but I am getting kinda tired of loosing my listing fees which may not seem like much but when you add them together it is a lot for the tinny profit that would have been made on the auction.
Also,If I dont release them and I just tell them I will file for my fees back from Ebay, Do I need to explain to the buyer that she will have a NPB mark against her and if she gets 3 of them, they will suspend her.
Do you think this is my responsibility to do this?
On my first auction that the buyer asked for me to release him I did it, but I can't keep agreeing to do this because I keep loosing my listing fees, and they just walk away with no problems, So I just don't feel that it's being fair to me. Sure, I could keep agreeing to release them but then they just keep doing it to other Sellers, and its just not right.
I know either way I do it I will loose my listing fees, but I am getting kinda tired of them just not reading before bidding.
