Has anyone Joined Columbia House and Sold the DVD's On Ebay?

Did you actually make money?

I am sure people have, but I can't imagine it being profitable. I've never joined their DVD club, but I imagine after you fulfil your obligation and buy several more above retail and pay shipping on each one, seems unlikely that you would come out ahead...

I have heard of eople buying them at Wal-Mart and reselling on Ebay, but I doubt there would be enough profit in it.

I am a club mamber and you can get very good deals if you really watch the ads. I only sell the ones I don't want to watch again... Ususally I come out even.

I saw a website where they figure about $10.76 per DVD net cost.

There I know a few DVD's that seem to fetch some
money on Ebay

Disney DVD's for example.

It might work

NOTE: many flick collectors become very IRATE if you pawn off "CLUB" editions in lieu of da real thing.

Whenever I sold VHS or DVD, I was fanatic about listing very clearly such as: "EP mode from GOODTIMES VIDEO" /OR/
"ColHouse EDITION"
