Hi, I have an opportunity to purchase 3 huge stamp books with first day covers. Are these very valuable?

There used to be a moderator here that was a stamp collector, don't know if he is still around but you could try this site:

HELLO
USA FDC (First day covers) are worth about .10-.25 each. If they are addressed they are worth less. Like everything else there are a few exceptions but in this case darn few. My advise is to stay away from them. I resently bought a crate of them for $200.00 but I was after another crate from same seller so had to buy all or nothing.

Go on ebay and research them, the ones that have bidders that is.

Thanks for the advice....I did try to research them on eBay...how confusing for someone like me who sells shoes....LOL I respect all those stamp sellers more now. These have addresses on them, I think I'll save my money, thanks!
