I am a power seller. I have a wacko with a bad e mail address. Buyer, buyer? Idiot! has negged others due to no contact..DUH,,,,,,How in the HELL do you contact anyone at e bay??? I have looked till my eyes are RED!!!!! just more helpful B.S. pages. HELP!!!!!!

Tooo serious for any silly whips this time. Thanks.

Thank you, I have done that 14 times, 10x's before your post and NOTHING happens,,,,,why does E bay make it so frigging difficult to contact them?????? Hey e bay! Your Building is on Fire!!!! Thank you, we will respond within 24 hours, thanks for your e mail. YEAH!!!!!!

It's not just ebay, it is universal. Try finding a phone number for a major company not trying to sell you a product - i.e. Sprint PCS, MSN Internet, etc. They make it next to impossible except to go through a web form. Really crazy!

I called eBay support about two weeks ago and I got through the first time I tried. Of course they couldn't help me but it was worth a try. At least they answered the phone.

Did you turn in the buyer for having bad contact info? That should get them NARU'd until they fix it.

You have to send them the email that got returned to you, including full headers. I got someone Naru'd for this. Also request their info and try the phone #, likely it is out of order or incorrect, etc. You can then follow up and send another "report", it only took me 2 reports and 3 days to get this person kicked off ebay.
