I'm SO PO'd right now! Just checked feedback and there's a new neg! Auction ended 16 March...I send out EOA. Damn Newbie says this is his first time on eBay and he's unsure how to pay...what to do, etc. The VERY NEXT DAY I reply quite nicely..."Welcome to eBay", etc., tell him payment options and offer to help with PayPal if he wants to use that. Tell him to be sure to e-mail if he has any other questions. I receive NO OTHER COMMUNICATION from him. Now, today, 19 March...THE @#%#@& leaves me a neg saying he "e-mailed twice and got no response and had to buy elsewhere." Of course, I responded to the neg but can't even file a NPB because it hasn't been 7 days since the auction ended. I have e-mailed the @!#$% and send a copy of the message I sent on 17 March...Pardon the ranting and raving but THIS IS JUST SO UNFAIR! Equally upsetting, of course, is that eBay will do nothing...

Please don't say NEWBIE. We were all NEWBIE'S at one time. This is a really person with a deficit intelligence. OMG, how stupid can you be???

we need to come up something new to call these people...in the MIS field we call them DFO...d**b F***king Operator...you know, the ones who unplug the computer and then cannot understand why it won't work!
How about BIB? Braindead Idiot Buyer?? Sounds better than Newbie.
