only an inexperienced ebay got scammed like i posted before this was simple to pick up before it even happened.

electronics 1/3 of the price drop shipping in one months time please

This made our local newspaper today as well. I wonder what will be the result on any lawsuits, as surely ebay knew about these sellers due to the previous threads here warning them. They were also notified via emails to safe harbor. I wonder if the only a venue will hold up with this one.

I certainly hope that buyer disputed the charge on his Credit Card!!!!!!!!!

As slow as the market has turned with everyone glued to the TV - auction sellers don't need this type of publicity to additionally discourage buyers.
