Two things:
My Half.com sales aren't showing up (two days later) in my feedbacks-to-leave, unlike in the past. Is this happening to anyone else?
And have you noticed that if you want to contact a Half buyer and you go through the Half.com "my account" route, your contact is listed as a "problem."
In the past, I've gone right away to my feedback and told the buyer when I was shipping and to let me know when the item arrives so I can leave feedback for them.
Now I can't seem to do that, at least 2 days into the Half.com sale, unless I go through Half.com's "problem" area.

Isnt half.com going away. I think I remember that ebay is going to be shutting it down shortly. I don't know if this has anything to do with it or if half is just having some problems.

My half.com feedback hasn't been showing for about a week. This is the second such occurrence in the past six months. You need to send an email to [email protected] and let Customer Service know that your account is affected. Expect the problem to last for several weeks.
When you contact a half.com customer, always go through eBay. Plug the buyer's id into eBay someplace, click on the name, and that will take you to a screen where you can send the buyer an email.

Hotcup: I"ve tried three different ways of plugging the user name into an ebay spot (like in search) but cannot get a place coming up to allow an e-mail to be sent. Still a registered user, too. Very frustrating. I guess I'll contact half.com about this. Yuck.
